Rev. Adam has led St Aidan's Ernesettle for 4 years. Lindsay is our Community Hub Manager, Head of Atmosphere and oversees the Sea Salt Cafe.
Adam and Lindsay have been married for 20 years and have two teenage children and four Yorkshire Terriers!
As well as both being members of the leadership team, Sianne heads up all of our kids' work at St Aidan's and is also our Safeguarding Officer. Andrew looks after all things worship related.
Lisa-Marie is our Adults & Families Pastor and also heads up our Mental Wellbeing, Pastoral Support and Hospitality teams.
She is an amazing baker and you can find her incredible cakes in the Sea Salt Cafe!
Stacey does an amazing job managing front of house in the Sea Salt Cafe, keeping everything running smoothly and providing the warmest welcome in Ernesettle!
Andy is a member of our Leadership Team and part of the Worship Team as well. Jen is Regional Manager for Christians Against Poverty.
Leanne looks after our office admin, church building and manages hall bookings... and she can be found helping out in the cafe.
